Embodied Retreats, Somatic CE Trainings, & Community for Therapists & Wellness Professionals

Professional continuing education (CEs) that fills your cup and fuels your practice — through experiential somatic learning, yoga therapy for mental health, trauma-informed practices, and community designed for therapists and healers who want learning that feels like coming home to themselves — especially when they’ve been holding so much for so many.

CE hours should restore you — not drain you.

What Is Wanderhome?

Wanderhome offers experiential somatic CEs, yoga therapy for mental health continuing education, and connection-centered spaces for therapists and healers seeking support that feels grounding, restorative, and builds lasting authentic relationships.

We blend positive psychology, somatics, yoga therapy, energetic practices and rituals, creativity, nervous system science, and travel — so learning feels human, intuitive, sustainable, and nourishing for your whole Self.

CEs can do more than check a box. They can refill your cup while helping your practice grow. A good CE is a double-dip: professional development+personal care.

But at the end of the day, Wanderhome is about community — a therapist community that loves bringing together therapists and healers that love:

Being with other therapists and wellness professionals

Learning and earning CEs that are unique and interesting

Having fun and being creative

Adventuring and resting

Travel, spa days, animal encounters, and nature immersion

Crafting, journaling, meditating

Gentle yoga therapy sessions + group reiki

Body doubling, accountability buddies, and parallel play

Authentic connections with people craving community, not another marketing opportunity

And when you know people authentically, your referrals become warm, thoughtful, and aligned — not just a random name on a list. Which is great for your clients, your community, and your business

We’re all busy. AND we all feel the need. So it’s time to take the leap — to practice what we preach and meet our own needs, together.

Why Wanderhome Works

Wanderhome offers trauma-informed, experiential continuing education and community for therapists and healers seeking sustainable,
embodied ways to learn and practice.

Experiential Learning

Wanderhome learning for therapists is designed to be lived, not just understood. Rather than passive lectures, our experiences invite you into movement, reflection, creativity, and practice — helping learning land in the body so it’s easier to integrate into real clinical work.

Designed for ADHD, HSP & Burned-Out Clinicians

Our CE trainings are intentionally structured for ADHD, AuDHD, highly sensitive, and burned-out clinicians. Sessions are paced, flexible, engaging, and nervous-system-aware — supporting focus, curiosity, and regulation without overwhelm or pressure to perform.

Trauma-Informed by Design

Every Wanderhome offering is rooted in trauma-informed pacing, consent, and accessibility. We prioritize nervous system safety, choice, and relational attunement so learning can unfold with trust, steadiness, and care — especially in clinical and professional settings.

Integrates Psychology & Somatic Practice

Wanderhome weaves together psychology, nervous system science, somatic therapy, yoga therapy, energy work, and creative ritual. This integrative approach supports both personal regulation and ethical, embodied therapeutic practice.

Real Community

Wanderhome fosters genuine connection among therapists and healers — not performative professionalism or productivity culture. Our spaces invite honesty, collaboration, and mutual support with an abundance mindset, creating community that feels nourishing, grounded, and real.

Grounded in Research & Clinical Practice

Our offerings are grounded in research, clinical experience, and evidence-based frameworks, then translated into accessible, embodied continuing education for therapists. We bridge science and lived experience so learning feels both credible and deeply human.
