Trauma lives in our body and impacts our mind. This workshop will identify the impact of trauma on mental and physical health and demonstrate how yoga and therapeutic writing can help create new neural pathways in the brain. Participants will also learn about what trauma sensitive
yoga and writing is.
Objectives
The course starts January 1st and must be completed by February 5th, 2021. It is a completely self-paced online course - so you can complete it at your convenience. The live portion of class is a Zoom call on January 23, 2021 from 10am-noon EST.
