What is the Somatic Sampler?
An ND-friendly, immersive weekend retreat at the Himalayan Institute in the Poconos. You'll experience somatic modalities in your own body through 60 to 90 minute experiential sessions, connect with likeminded therapists, and discover your next career chapter.
I'm building something I wish existed.
When I was figuring out my next career chapter, I wished there was a way to explore different somatic and holistic modalities without the pressure of committing to a full training right away.
The options felt overwhelming:
EMDR, IFS, somatic experiencing, yoga therapy, brainspotting, each with its own training path, cost, and time commitment. And they all sounded like they could be a potential path for me.

What's Included:
-11 Deep-Dive Workshops
-75–90 minute experiential sessions with each speaker
-Experience every modality in your own body, not just a lecture
-5 Breakout Sessions: Choose your own adventure and pick from 5 concurrent breakout sessions (60 min) led by specialized practitioners
-A sacred container for deep learning
-CE Credits Up to 19.75 CE credits (ASWB and NBCC approval for Social Workers and Counselors)
-Limited to 70 participants

Ticket Types:
Community Rate ($597) and General Admission ($797), each with a pay-in-full and payment plan option. After you register at General Admission, you'll have the option to add $97 on your thank-you page to fund a community rate spot for another clinician.

CEs:
In order to receive CEs you must sign in and out of each session and complete each CE evaluation within 1 week in order to receive your CEs. Please register with the name you would like on your certificate of completion. As well as the email where you would like it sent.

“Wanderhome Retreats, 2794, is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program.
